Formerly known as our “Thieves” products, our Defender line promotes health and wholistic wellness.
Inspired by the Legend of the Four Thieves: the story of four thieves in 15th century England that used a special blend of infused herbs and oils to keep themselves safe from illness. They robbed victims who were sick and dying, yet the thieves remained in good health. When the thieves were tried, leniency was offered if they would reveal how they managed to avoid the Plague. They revealed the secret to their health: oils of Cinnamon Leaf, Clove Bud, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, and Lemon.
In today’s modern scientific world, it is reported that most viruses, fungi, and bacteria cannot live in the presence of many essential oils. A nearly identical blend was tested at Weber State University (1997) for its potent antimicrobial properties and found to have a 96 percent effectiveness rate against certain airborne bacteria.
